Midcentury Modern
Originally designed in 1976 by Irwin Stein, this mid-century modern home has been thoughtfully restored for a new owner. The end result of the careful collaboration between the owner, builders, landscape architects, and moto produced a renovation that maintains the quintessential style of the original design intent.

Mid-century architect, Irwin Stein, created a number of modernist homes throughout the Delaware Valley. This classic example of his work is revived and enhanced through a sensitive restoration which included programmatic updates for a contemporary family, as well as all the necessary maintenance to make an aging building new again.

The minimal material and color palate have been restored to a subdued presence emphasizing the home’s purist circular geometries in juxtaposition to the woodland site beyond.
